SHIPPING

We ship and deliver orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. The transit times below are estimates once the shipment leaves our office in Korea. Please allow one business day for orders to process.

Korea

We offer free standard shipping (2-5 business days) on all orders over 100,000 KRW shipping within Korea. There is a 5,000 KRW fee for orders under 100,000 KRW. The carrier (EMS or CJ Logistics) will be automatically selected based on the shipping address.

International

We offer international shipping via EMS or CJ Logistics to most countries around the world. The carrier and service is determined by location, and may change without notice based on country guidelines. Multiple items in your cart may increase your shipping fee.

The below rates do not include duties, taxes, and disbursement fees. These fees can vary, so please be sure to check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. If a package is returned to sender, the customer will be held liable for the original shipping costs.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your KAESA product for any reason, you may contact us for a refund within 7 days after receipt of your item for a full  refund. Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. In the event you have received a defective or damaged item, return shipping will be provided by KAESA.
