Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation of export documents.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Policy - Korea
We offer free standard shipping (2-5 business days) on all orders shipping within Korea.
The carrier (Korea Post or CJ Logistics) will be automatically selected based on the shipping address.
Shipping Policy - International
1. Shipping Destinations
KAESA ships worldwide to most countries. However, Korea does not ship to a few specific countries due to international sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, South Sudan, and Myanmar. Additionally, shipping is restricted or prohibited to Palestinian Territories and Crimea.
2. Shipping Methods
All international shipments are delivered exclusively through UPS International for reliable, fast, and secure service.
We use one of the following UPS services based on your destination and parcel size:

KAESA selects the most efficient method unless otherwise requested.
3. Estimated Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary depending on parcel weight, dimensional weight, and destination ZIP code.
Below is the estimated cost for one backpack (approx. 1–2 kg):

4. Order Tracking
All international shipments include a tracking number.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

The customer is responsible for paying any required customs charges.

Customs regulations vary by country; please check your local policies before placing an order.
If you prefer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service where duties are prepaid, please contact us before checkout.
6. Packaging & Product Protection
Your KAESA product is carefully packed for safe international transport:

Each bag is enclosed in a protective dust bag.

Products are cushioned and sealed inside durable packaging materials.

For security, outer boxes are unbranded and labeled only with required shipping information.
We prioritize the integrity of every item throughout the shipping journey.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed:

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected arrival).

Please include photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product.

We will assist with courier claims and a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We accept international returns only in the following situations:

Damage during shipping
Return shipping costs and customs fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged.
Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide the proper return instructions.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
KAESA is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
