Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship and deliver orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. The transit times below are estimates once the shipment leaves our office in Korea. Please allow one business day for orders to process.

Korea

We offer free standard shipping (2-5 business days) on all orders over 100,000 KRW shipping within Korea. There is a 5,000 KRW fee for orders under 100,000 KRW. The carrier (EMS or CJ Logistics) will be automatically selected based on the shipping address.

International

We offer international shipping via EMS or CJ Logistics to most countries around the world. The carrier and service is determined by location, and may change without notice based on country guidelines. Multiple items in your cart may increase your shipping fee.

The below rates do not include duties, taxes, and disbursement fees. These fees can vary, so please be sure to check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. If a package is returned to sender, the customer will be held liable for the original shipping costs.

 

International parcel cost (EMS - General air parcel):

special transportation fee - Special fees charged for mail reception fees in the event of an emergency situation of transportation such as an epidemic such as COVID-19 or a natural disaster

- Application of different amounts by country, type of mail, transportation, and weight ※ Please refer to the inquiry results for additional handling fees. Postage charges apply to the higher weight of the actual weight or volume of the mail. Volume weight (Kg): Width (cm) x Length (cm) x Height (cm)/6,000 If the applied weight exceeds the country-specific weight limit, it cannot be shipped.

RETURNS

We want you to love our KAESA products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may contact us for a refund within 30 days after receipt of your item, for a full refund. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. In the event you have received a defective or damaged item, return shipping will be provided by KAESA.

 

EXCHANGES

Do you provide exchanges?

Yes, we will provide exchanges for products that have not been shipped yet. Please contact us at hello@kaesa.co to request a refund or exchange.

 

General Returns Disclaimer:

All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and, whenever possible, packaged in the original boxes in order to ensure a full credit. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. In the event that a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited.
