Where are your products made?
Where can I view KAESA products in person?
Do you offer a warranty for your products?
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We will gladly provide a six month warranty on all of our products.
For manufacturing defects, please provide a copy of your purchase receipt or online confirmation number. Under this warranty, we will work to repair the bag. If it is not repairable, we will replace it.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear: stains and color changes due to everyday use.
- Changes in the material that are inherent in the normal use of the products.
- Chipping of metal or painted elements on the products.
In order to have your bag repaired or replaced under our warranty, please email us at: hello@kaesa.co. Please include your order number, and photos of the product: front, back, sides, bottom, and inside of your bag.

How can I check the status of my order?
You can log into your account to view the status of all orders placed. If you don’t have an account, you can easily create one here.
I was charged for my order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What should I do? Please send an email to hello@kaesa.co and we will resolve it as quickly as we can.
