Where are your products made?

Our products are made by skilled craftsmen in South Korea. We want to provide the best quality products to our customers and so we source only the highest quality materials. We also work closely with our factories to ensure our products are made with the utmost care and craftsmanship.

Where can I view KAESA products in person?

Our products are currently sold in select boutiques in Seoul, South Korea.

Do you offer a warranty for your products?

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We will gladly provide a six month warranty on all of our products.

For manufacturing defects, please provide a copy of your purchase receipt or online confirmation number. Under this warranty, we will work to repair the bag. If it is not repairable, we will replace it.

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear: stains and color changes due to everyday use.
  • Changes in the material that are inherent in the normal use of the products.
  • Chipping of metal or painted elements on the products.

In order to have your bag repaired or replaced under our warranty, please email us at: hello@kaesa.co. Please include your order number, and photos of the product: front, back, sides, bottom, and inside of your bag.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can log into your account to view the status of all orders placed. If you don’t have an account, you can easily create one here.

I was charged for my order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What should I do? Please send an email to hello@kaesa.co and we will resolve it as quickly as we can.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders that are placed are in process of being fulfilled. So if you have any changes, please contact us at hello@kaesa.co and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
