Shipping Policy

Import Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for all applicable import charges.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or customs charges, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, and other expenses incurred.

Customs Delays

Customs processing is outside KAESA's control. International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, local regulations, weather, carrier disruptions, or public holidays.

UPS Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Customers should contact UPS immediately if a package appears to be missing.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend shipping to destinations affected by sanctions, conflict, carrier restrictions, or government regulations without prior notice.

Order Changes

Orders may only be modified before fulfillment begins.
