What are your payment options?
Through Stripe we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apply Pay. We can also process your order through PayPal.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once an order is placed, an email confirming your order will be sent to you.

Where can I buy Kaesa in-person?
We are currently working to place our products at select boutiques in Seoul, S. Korea.

When can I receive my order?
Our products are manufactured in Seoul, South Korea and will be shipped internationally. Shipping times to the US can be 2-3 weeks. Due to shipping constraints because of COVID-19 normal shipping times can be delayed.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Please note, that you have a 30 day time period from when you have received your order to contact us.

Any item returned without a return form can risk being misplaced and may cause a delay in refunds or exchanges being issued.

When returning an item to KAESA kindly provide a tracking number for our reference and to speed up the process. For returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

Are prices subject to change?
KAESA reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time without notice. While our goal is an error-free site, we do not guarantee that any content is 100% accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. KAESA reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (except when the order has been submitted and accepted).
